CiviCRM Service Support

That is why we offer our clients the support of specialists who with their knowledge, experience and professional know-how of the system, support users in the current use of CiviCRM.
We offer the following package support options:
- The Service Agreement guarantees the support of a CiviCRM specialist by the number of hours per month specified in the agreement. Applications are treated as a priority and the response time is 3 working hours.
- The Hour Package Agreement guarantees support of a CiviCRM specialist in the period and scope of its validity. Reports are processed depending on the availability of a specialist, and the response time is up to 16 working hours.
- Incidental support is provided on a one-off basis without a service contract.
The level of hourly usage is reported electronically.
The offer includes packages combining a specific number of hours of service support with hosting. The package is selected after a preliminary analysis of individual customer needs.
The package Hosting + Service Agreement is concluded for a minimum of 6 months.
